The Nook

The Nook is perfect for couples or families, it can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. A beautiful shepherd’s hut nestled in a sunny corner of the field.  A small and cosy space, simple but beautiful. It is both private and peaceful with its own outside space.

Lovingly handcrafted with natural wooden floors, with a wood burner to keep you toasty warm, a comfortable double bed with duvet and linen provided and fairy lights to add that sparkle. There are 2 bench beds suitable for children (no bedding for children provided, please bring sleeping bags).Outside there is a lovely covered kitchen, eating area and fire pit to cook on with your own Dutch oven, BBQ grill, frying pan, pots and pans, cutlery and plates. Enjoy a good book in the hammock or just sit and admire the views where you can truly switch off and relax, while the children discover the path running down to the stream.

The Nook has its own private hot shower with biodegradable ‘Faith by Nature’ toiletries and wee-shack (wees only). Flushing toilets are a short walk from the hut which are shared with other campers.

The campsite is electricity free and does not have much lighting at night, so torches are essential. Each hut has its own USB points and are lit up at night by fairy lights.
