Glamping at Strawfields
Strawfields is a small and natural campsite, with simple rustic facilities to give a back-to-nature style of glamping. The huts give you all the joys of camping with the added luxuries of a comfy bed and wood burner. Choose a book from the bookshelf, snuggle under your duvet, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our shepherd's huts are both unique and quirky. Handmade by local carpenters, with bespoke hand-crafted beds, covered seating areas and wood burners to keep you toasty warm. Each hut has its own private garden area and paths leading down to the stream. Nestled in peaceful rural setting, yet only minutes drive from the beautiful North Devon beaches.

In the day, sit and relax in your own private garden area and enjoy the views across the valley. At night, light a fire in your fire pit, while you see the day out, and then snuggle up in the cosy huts with a good book, wood burner and comfy bed.

The shepherd's hut guests have use of the trampolines and the books, toys and board games in the Café Barn. All the huts have their own hot showers and wee-shack, roll-down canvas awnings, hammocks, solar lights, USB sockets and campfire tripod with BBQ grill, Dutch oven and frying pans, gas stove, mugs, plates and cutlery. Please bring a cooler with ice packs.

Glamping Prices
Strawfields is a very small peaceful campsite. We love hosting couples, families and friends, unfortunately we don't take any bookings for groups. A maximum of 2 tent pitches or 2 huts can be booked. We can host friends or families, but sorry no hen or stag parties.
