Whether you’re looking to relax or embark on an adventure, Strawfields provides the perfect escape. All our cottages are dog-friendly, featuring enclosed gardens or patios, and have convenient access to EV chargers for eco-conscious travellers.
The Stables
The Stables is a beautiful open-plan 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom barn conversion, perfect for a cosy countryside getaway. With its own enclosed cottage garden, a warming wood burner, and private parking, it offers comfort and convenience. EV charging is available. Bring your furry friend along—one well-behaved dog is welcome to join you.

Owl Barn
Owl Barn is a spacious and inviting 2-bedroom cottage, featuring a bright, open-plan kitchen and sitting room with a cosy wood-burning stove. Step directly into the sunny enclosed garden to enjoy stunning views across the fields. Owl Barn welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs, making it an ideal getaway for the whole family.

Hayloft
Hayloft is a charming and quirky 2-bedroom cottage, full of unique 16th-century character. The cosy second bedroom features shorty bunk beds, ideal for younger children. Though compact, Hayloft has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. With EV charging available and space for one well-behaved dog, it’s a perfect choice for small families or couples.

Our rustic games barn offers endless entertainment with table tennis and a full-size pool table. Outside in the gated courtyard, kids can ride go-karts, shoot hoops, and play safely. It’s the perfect spot for fun and games!
Animals
Come and join us on our morning farm rounds, meet the farm animals and help me feed the pigs, goats and alpacas. If you would like a more personal experience we offer private Family Farm Adventures.
Adventures
With acres of fields to explore, animals to meet and friends to make, Strawfields has all the ingredients to make the perfect holiday memories. Building dens, paddling in streams and making boat rafts.

Book a relaxing and restorative massage or other holistic treatment which are available in the comfort of your holiday cottage at Strawfields or at The Snug, a secluded wellness space designed for ultimate relaxation.
Pizza Nights
After a fun day at the beach how about joining us at Strawfields pop-up pizza kitchen, where you can make your own pizza and watch it cook in our wood-fired pizza oven. Every Saturday night in the summer school holidays.
Workshops
Join us for a unique and unforgettable Alpaca Craft Experience, combining hands-on interaction and creative fun. In our craft workshop, try your hand at needle felting using fibre from the alpacas on our farm.
